Year 4M working quietly
during Guided Reading.
The
Year 4 curriculum emphasises literacy and
numeracy skills. There are also opportunities for the development of
physical, creative and information and communication technology
(ICT) skills.

Parallel Learning
commences in Year 5. Children are taught separately and differently to cater for the
physical and cognitive differences between boys and girls.
Thinking skills are also a key component of the
curriculum and a focus.
In Year 5, students participate in weekly organised sport sessions and
events such as the swimming carnival, cross-country and athletics.
All Year 5 students are invited and encouraged to participate in the
school choir.
